The gearbox was completely disassembled and the delivery condition was documented in writing and in image form. All parts were cleaned, stripped, measured and a complete set of production drawings was created from them. All shaft seats and the holes in the gearwheels and their tooth flanks were checked. And renewed all rolling bearings and seals.
The gear unit was then mounted and checked during the subsequent test run on the in-house gear test bench and the acceptance was recorded. Measured sound level, vibrations and temperature rise.15 days
